We’re looking for a Member & Marketing Specialist to help drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support key industry programs at the Civil Contractors Federation NSW (CCF NSW).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive membership and marketing initiatives that engage our civil construction community
• Create and distribute engaging content across social media, email, and web
• Coordinate and promote our popular events and programs like the NSW Earth Awards, Women in Civil mentoring program and more
• Build strong relationships with members, sponsors, and industry stakeholders
• Monitor industry trends and team activities, and identify opportunities for growth.

Minimum Requirements:

• Approx. 3 years in marketing, communications, or membership engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A customer-first mindset and passion for engaging industry professionals
• Australian citizenship or unrestricted work rights
• Australian driver’s license
