I’m looking for an experienced marketing strategist to take the lead in my e-commerce marketing and to lead a small creative team to reach and inspire our audience.

This is a hands-on, creative role with plenty of variety and creative freedom. You’ll work closely with me and my small team to develop and implement marketing strategies that connect with my community of artists, hobbyists, and creative beginners.

Your work will be seen by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide, helping inspire creativity through our products, content, and campaigns.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with our small team (writer, graphic designer, social media manager) to create marketing content that feels fun, fresh, and aligned with our brand.
• Analyse campaign performance, tracking key metrics and making data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness and increase ROI.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, testing new ideas and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Analyse and optimise campaigns to ensure we’re reaching the right people in the right way.
• Occasionally assist with photo shoots or other creative projects – we’re a small team, so we love people who are happy to jump in when needed!
  

What I’m looking for:

• A marketer who understands how to communicate with artists and hobbyists in a way that feels natural and engaging.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within e-commerce, creative, or product-based industries.
• Proven experience managing paid and organic social media marketing, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong analytical skills. Someone who understands how to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce preferred) and a solid understanding of online sales strategies.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills. Someone who can juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Someone who can work independently but also in a collaborative, small-team environment.
• Someone who’s creative, analytical, and ready to experiment with new ideas.
