The Position

Our client is looking for someone who is eager to build relationships and manage them. Your key responsibilities in the role of Property Manager include:

• Managing a tidy portfolio of 160 residential properties
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Manage repairs and maintenance requests
• Arrears management
• Prepare for and attend tribunal representing the landlord
• Ad hoc administrative duties as required

The Person

This exciting role offers incredible scope for progression and would suit an individual looking to develop their Property Management career with an office that really care for their staff. The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

• Previous property management experience required - 2+ years experience!
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• First class communication skills
• Impeccable presentation
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Great time management and attention to detail
• Valid Driver's Licence with reliable vehicle
