About the Role

Micheli Jewellery is seeking a creative, energetic, and driven Digital Media & Content Marketing Manager to elevate our digital presence. The primary focus of this role is organic content—crafting compelling stories, managing our website, and being comfortable as "the talent" on camera.

You’ll be hands-on with content creation, social media management, and website updates while also collaborating with our digital marketing agency to ensure alignment with broader strategies. While you won’t be responsible for executing paid social or search campaigns, you’ll need a thorough understanding of paid Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads to help manage agency performance and ensure campaigns align with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Organic Content Strategy Development – Craft and implement a content marketing strategy across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• On-Camera Talent – Be comfortable stepping in front of the camera to showcase our jewellery and engage with our audience.
• Creative Development – Work closely with our in-house photographer to capture engaging content and create graphics using Canva.
• Video Editing – Edit and produce high-quality social media content using CapCut and other editing tools.
• Performance Analytics – Use Excel and Google Sheets to track and report on performance to business owners on a regular basis.
• Website Management – Oversee website updates, ensuring best-practice SEO and UX strategies are implemented.
• Stakeholder & Agency Management – Work collaboratively with our external digital marketing agency, ensuring clear communication, campaign accountability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor engagement metrics, providing insights to refine content strategies.
• Paid Advertising Oversight – Work closely with our agency by understanding and assessing the performance of paid Meta and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand and marketing goals.

About You

• You’re passionate about digital marketing and have a natural flair for storytelling and content creation.
• You're confident on camera and excited about being a brand ambassador for Micheli Jewellery.
• You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• You have experience managing social media platforms and are familiar with Canva, CapCut, and basic website management, and a proven track record of strategically improving the performance of organic content within a relevant business.
• You have experience with Excel data analysis and moderate formula building.
• You have strong time management skills, meeting deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
• You have a solid understanding of paid digital advertising (Meta and Google Ads) and can confidently assess agency performance, and use Meta Ads Manager.
• You’re eager to learn and grow, whether that’s deepening your knowledge of jewellery or staying ahead of digital trends.
• Experience in the jewellery or luxury fashion industry is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
