Hotel Manager

Salary: AUD 70,000- AUD 80,000 per annum

Full Time Position; Approximately 38 hours per week.

ROYAL HOTEL RYDE is currently seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to join its dynamic team at 68 BLAXLAND ROAD, RYDE NSW 2112. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel management. This role involves a range of responsibilities centred around hotel management, client interaction, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
• supervising security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance
• planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities
• observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations
• assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
• overseeing accounting and purchasing activities
• ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• may provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of one or more years of experience in hotel management.
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in hotel management, hospitality management or other relevant degree
• Thorough understanding of health and safety standards.
• Good physical stamina, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
