Job Overview

We seek an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure profitability. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a talent for fostering team success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, etc.).

Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.

Monitor budgets, financial reports, and cost-control measures.

Resolve guest complaints promptly and maintain high satisfaction scores.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to boost occupancy and revenue.

Implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Conduct regular inspections to uphold brand/quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Experience: 5+ years in hotel management (e.g., as Assistant Manager or Department Head).

Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams.

Guest-Centric: Track record of improving guest satisfaction.

Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting and revenue management skills.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in PMS (e.g., Guest Point, Opera, Cloudbeds)

Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends/evenings as needed.
