We’re looking for a dedicated Sales & Marketing Assistant to help us grow our online presence, generate leads, and convert potential clients into loyal customers.

🎯 The Role
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, your primary goal is to drive new client bookings and increase brand awareness. You will assist with social media, lead follow-ups, and outreach to potential customers.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales Support – Engage with potential clients via Instagram DMs, emails, and follow-ups to book free calls.
2. Social Media Engagement – Interact with our Instagram audience, reply to comments/DMs, and nurture leads.
3. Marketing Assistance – Help with email campaigns, social media posts, and ad content.
4. CRM & Data Management – Organize leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
5. Content Repurposing – Assist in repurposing video and written content for Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation (preferably online coaching or fitness-related).
✔️ Strong communication skills – ability to build relationships and convert leads.
✔️ Familiarity with Instagram, email marketing, and CRM tools.
✔️ Highly organized and proactive – ability to manage multiple tasks.
✔️ Interest in golf or fitness is a plus but not required.
