Milkwick is a home fragrance brand specialising in the production soy candles, reed diffusers, room & linen sprays, and curated gift boxes. We are dedicated to creating high-quality, aesthetically pleasing products that enhance any space with warmth and ambiance. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Content & Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content & Marketing Assistant to support our brand’s marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for content creation for organic social media, paid meta ads and assisting with marketing campaign execution. The ideal candidate has creative content experience a keen eye for design, and understands the importance of brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Social Media:

◦ Develop high quality content (images, videos, and copy) for organic and paid social media posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)

◦ Develop Social media creatives (static & video) for use in paid marketing campaigns on meta and submit them for review

◦ Manage and schedule organic social media posts across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

◦ Monitor organic engagement across all platforms

◦ Be willing to be present in the content created (video or image)

• Marketing Campaigns & Strategy:

◦ Support the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches.

◦ Assist in crafting and email campaigns to engage customers and drive sales. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.

◦ Assist with influencer outreach and brand partnerships.

◦ Assist with the planning and execution of content creation and campaigns inline with the brand’s promotional calendar and seasonal events

◦ Submit, organise and maintain marketing assets/creative for paid ads

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook).

• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Capcut, Lightroom etc.).

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).

• Passion for home fragrance, lifestyle branding, and creative marketing.

• Ability to work independently and within a team, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
