Operation & Marketing Assistant Sports Nutrition - Entry Level/ Junior Role

As Operation & Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our marketing and sales operations, as well as assist with small-scale warehouse operations, pack, fulfil and deliver orders. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist in B2B and B2C sales in a retail or sports-related industry, to help manage customer accounts, assist with client inquiries, and provide high-quality customer service.

Warehouse Operations: Basic operational skills in a warehouse setting to help with inventory management, pack, fulfil and deliver orders, ensuring a smooth supply chain.

Marketing Support: Basic understanding of marketing principles to assist in promotional events & activities, social media updates, and content creation.

Bookkeeping support: Basic bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses etc.

Qualifications:

Ability to handle basic warehouse tasks as needed (pack, deliver & receive stock + small-scale Inventory Management)

Basic understanding of marketing strategies and techniques

Some experience in B2B and B2C sales

Strong adaptability and willingness to work in a small, collaborative team environment

English speaker

Proficiency in Excel
