With a consultative approach, they work closely with clients to deliver tailored property solutions, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless strata management solutions.

• Manage 25-50 large BMC Schemes, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Foster strong client relationships to the highest standard for a high calibre class of clientele
• Oversee financials, including budgeting, levy collection, and reporting.
• Organize and lead strata committee meetings with clear agendas
• Address and mediate disputes to maintain harmonious communities
• Implement risk management strategies to safeguard owners' interests
• Strata Master & FileSmart, Strata Connect

What’s in It for You?

• Salary $110,000–$150,000 + Superannuation, depending on experience
• Schedule B’s $25,000–$35,000 per annum
• Manage high-profile clients in the Eastern Suburbs across premium buildings and large BMCs
• Work from home one- two day per week
• Collaborate with an industry leader frequently featured on event panels, podcasts, and as a thought leader
• Ongoing training and development with up-to-date legislative insights
• Paid attendance at key industry events
• Dedicated team providing with a passion for the industry

Who We Are Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience and success as a Strata Manager,
• An employee with a positive attitude and commitment to refining their craft
• Minimum Class 2 License in Strata Management, with the view to study their Class 1
• Strong knowledge in the Strata & Building Legislation
• Enjoy building relationships and take a consultative approach to your clients
