Responsibilities include:
Managing a well-oiled portfolio of approximately 50 Buildings/700 with a fantastic support of an experienced Assistant underneath you, this is an fantastic opportunity that will see you:

• Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
• Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
• Providing superior service and informed advice to your clients
• Acting in a true mentor and take a consultative approach and solving complex issues and building works
• Mentoring and working effectively with a dedicated assistant
• Strata Master & FileSmart, Strata Connect

What’s in It for You?

• Salary: $110,000–$125,000 + Superannuation (Depending on experience)
• Schedule B’s $18,000 - $25,000 per annum
• Work from home: Post probation, One - two days per week

Who We Are Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience and success as a Strata Manager or Junior Strata Manager
• Class 2 License in Strata Management or currently undertaking
• Strong knowledge in the Strata & Building legislation
• Enjoy building relationships and take a consultative approach your clients
