The Role:

• Supporting 1 Senior Strata Manager
• Providing support with a portfolio of around 50 buildings
• Handling enquiries via call, email and walk-ins
• Liaising with owners via phone and email
• Organise repairs and maintenance as instructed
• Draft letters and e-mail circulars to owners
• Assist with meetings where required
• Use platforms like Strata Master, Strata Vote, SMATA

The Person:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in Strata
• Valid Certificate of Registration or Strata Management License
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of strata regulations and compliance
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Eye for detail
