About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will oversee a team of ten skilled sewers and packers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and assigning daily tasks to the production team, ensuring efficiency and meeting production targets.
• Monitoring material and supply stock levels, ensuring that we always have what we need to keep things moving.
• Conducting weekly stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adapting to new processes and helping to implement improvements as our business evolves.
• Contributing to the innovation of how we work and maintain an optimistic attitude that fosters growth.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in production or operations management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
