About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a high-profile real estate leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and understands the demands of a top-tier real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and appointment scheduling.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and key liaison, managing communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with property marketing and campaign coordination, including digital and print advertising.
  • Handle database management, CRM updates, and client follow-ups.
  • Oversee event planning and client functions, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, and general administrative duties.
  • Work proactively to anticipate the needs of the executive, ensuring seamless daily operations.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Real Estate Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of real estate operations, particularly in high-end sales.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and real estate platforms (e.g., AgentBox).
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
