The Role

Managing a well maintained portfolio of 180 properties.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and tenants.

Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.

Handling arrears management and dispute resolution.

Working collaboratively with a high-performing team to enhance client satisfaction.

Monday to Friday with flexibility and WFH options .

No Leasing or ingoing's or outgoing's.

Full support from leasing, BDM, junior property managers and admin support.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a Property Manager, ideally at a senior level.

A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (NSW).

Strong knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies Act.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for property management.

Proficiency in property management software (e.g., PropertyMe, REST, or similar).

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
