Our client is looking for a National Sales Manager to join their positive, energetic office environment with a supportive team and management beside you.

About the Role

The role of a National Sales Manager for agency involves overseeing and leading a high performing sales team with their efforts on a national scale.

Duties including:

  1. National Sales Strategy:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy for the buyers agency.
  2. Define sales goals, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  1. Team Leadership:
  1. Lead and manage a national sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  2. Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
  1. Client Acquisition:
  1. Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients on a national level.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  1. Market Research:
  1. Stay informed about national real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  2. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry changes.
  1. Sales Training and Development:
  1. Provide ongoing training and development programs for the sales team.
  2. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  1. Performance Monitoring:
  1. Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets.
  2. Implement corrective actions or adjustments to ensure goals are met.
  1. Collaboration with Other Departments:
  1. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  1. Oversee the management of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  2. Address any client concerns or issues promptly.
  1. Budget Management:
  1. Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact.
  2. Ensure a strong return on investment for sales initiatives.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  1. Generate regular reports on national sales performance.
  2. Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  1. Adaptability and Innovation:
  1. Stay agile and adaptable to changes in the real estate market.
  2. Innovate sales strategies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
  1. Compliance:
  1. Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
