With continued market share growth and a commitment to innovation, they are now seeking a dynamic and experienced National Business Development Manager to lead the charge for their specialist Blast Product Range.

This is a high-impact, autonomous role where you’ll work closely with the National Sales Manager and state-based sales teams, driving sales strategy and business development nationally.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies across your product portfolio
• Driving sales initiatives to achieve growth targets and increase market share
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities across key sectors
• Managing and growing key accounts, building long-term client relationships
• Delivering technical product training and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Providing market intelligence and competitor insights to the senior leadership team
• Representing the company at trade shows, product launches and key industry events

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a BDM role, with blast or abrasive products
• Strong commercial acumen, communication skills and a passion for achieving results
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and CRM platforms
• Excellent time management and the flexibility to travel nationally
• A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment and is driven by success
