Position: Supported Independent Living (SIL) Home Manager

Sage Services Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supported Independent Living Home Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in providing leadership, support, and stability for individuals with high and complex needs in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the SIL home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Manage and support staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to policies.

Assist residents in achieving their personal goals and independence.

Handle crisis situations and manage extreme behaviors effectively.

Complete administrative tasks, including care plans, incident reports, and compliance documentation.

Engage with families, stakeholders, and support networks to ensure the best outcomes for residents.

Requirements:

Experience in managing extreme behaviors within a supported independent living environment.

Ability to perform sleepover shifts as part of the role.

Valid driver's license is required.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and best practices in disability support is an advantage.
