Key Team Leadership role
NFP - based in East Gippsland $92K + Super + NFP/PBI Salary Packaging

The Organisation:
Our client is a leading Disability Support Services organisation. A values driven and reputable community services leader making difference for those who require some assistance in finding independence,

The Role:
You will lead a small team delivering services in a residential home in Bairnsdale. You will ensure people supported receive the highest level of care. You will work with a dedicated and impactful team of specialist support peers. In addition, you will be supported and coached by a professional team of managers, who are experts in Positive Behaviour Support, and a person-centred approach.

Reporting to the Operations Manager - you will:

• Supervise the operations of the Supported Independent Living service with regular reporting
• Manage all aspects of team performance
• Lead and plan support for people with disabilities within their home and community
• Regularly update people you support and their families

The Person:
You’ll be driven and show genuine passion for building capability within your team. In addition, you:

• Are a natural leader; modelling a positive attitude, professional conduct and unwavering commitment to quality outcomes
• Must hold or be working towards an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management or equivalent qualification
• Possess experience and knowledge in the field of disability
• Have an understanding and familiarity with NDIS funding and planning processes
• Are passionate about supporting people with mental health and intellectual disability
• Possess Knowledge of and skill with coaching, supervision, and planning practices
• Possess a current unrestricted Australian Driver’s License

The Offer:
The SIL Supervisor position is offered on a permanent basis up to $92K + Super. In addition, you will be able to access attractive PBI/NFP salary packaging.
