A seasoned NDIS expert—think Support Coordinator, Past Managers , Plan Managers , active voices of the NDIS community or similar—with deep roots in the Victoria South East NDIS community.

Someone with a demonstrated history of bringing in clients and growing service networks.

A strategic thinker who knows how to turn relationships into opportunities, driving our expansion through new participant connections.

Passionate, connected, and ready to lead with purpose—no beginners or support workers, please.

What you’ll do:

Lead the charge in expanding our client base, using your industry expertise and networks to bring more participants to our services.

Build and strengthen ties within the NDIS ecosystem, positioning us as the go-to provider in the region.

Collaborate with our leadership team to fuel our growth strategy and cement our reputation as a powerhouse in disability support.
