At Storm Build Group, we specialise in storm-damage response across South East QLD and Northern NSW. We’re not just another roofing company—we help people navigate the complicated world of insurance claims by providing expert guidance and trusted support after extreme weather events.

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, self-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to help us connect with property owners in affected regions. You’ll be working from a mix of phone and in-field outreach in targeted storm-impacted zones, identified through data and mapping.

What You’ll Do

Connect with homeowners via cold calling and door knocking

Focus your efforts on defined storm-affected areas within 45 minutes to 3 hours of Brisbane

Inspect roofs (metal & asbestos only) and assess visible storm damage

Build instant trust and explain how we can help

Complete inspection paperwork and submit leads to our internal team

Represent the Storm Build Group brand professionally in the field and over the phone

What You’ll Get

$55,000 base salary + super + uncapped commissions per qualified lead

Company vehicle fully maintained

OTE $85K–$110K+ once established

Based from our Brisbane office, with regular travel to regional locations (day trips and occasional overnights)

What You’ll Need

Strong people skills and a confident phone manner

Comfortable engaging with homeowners face-to-face

Physically fit and able to get onto roofs safely

Well-presented, fluent English, and a professional attitude

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally

2+ years in sales, lead generation or customer-facing roles

Self-motivated, honest, and good with paperwork

This role would suit someone from a real estate, property, or field sales background who’s looking for a more purposeful role, with uncapped earning potential and a direct impact. You’ll already be used to working autonomously, knocking on doors, dealing with property owners, and building trust quickly.
