About the Role:
As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new NDIS participants. Your role will involve building relationships with potential clients, support coordinators, and stakeholders to ensure our services meet the needs of the community.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
Experience in sales, business development, or client engagement (NDIS, health care, or social services experience preferred but not required).
Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, families, and colleagues.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of the NDIS and disability sector is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Programs.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A current driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies that align with the company and the disability support sector.
Reach out to potential clients, their families, and support coordinators and provide information and support throughout the decision-making process.
Organize meet-and-greets with potential clients to establish rapport and assess client needs.
Build and maintain meaningful partnerships with support coordinators, non-profits, and community leaders to expand outreach and referral sources.
Create awareness for the company through visits to hospitals, community health events, and other venues where our services may be needed.
Promote our services through outreach, networking, and community engagement.
Liaise with our marketing team to develop materials such as brochures, flyers, and informational materials that communicate our services and values.
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Represent the company at industry-related events, EXPOs, and seminars.
Give detailed reports on client interactions and onboarding activities.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
Provide feedback to the management team on opportunities for new services and potential areas for improvement based on client and community feedback.
• Identify and engage potential NDIS participants and their families.
• Build and maintain relationships with support coordinators, allied health professionals, and referral partners.
