Client Service Officer
Redicrete is a locally owned premix concrete business operating across Newcastle, Port Stephens and the Central Coast. From everyday concrete, decorative mixes and highly technical premix concrete design we offer a proven tailored concrete solution for any project and have built our reputation on providing the correct mix and best finish every time.
Redicrete have a newly created position as client service officer based at Tomago. This role will be the central touch point for customer enquiries and order management in the Redicrete service centre. This role requires a high level of customer service.

Key Accountabilities
- Provide client support services in accurate | timely manner
- Exceptional customer service
- Build | maintain positive | productive relationship with customers and clients
- Maintain frequent contact with customers | clients
- Comply with quality framework in the provision of email, telephone, face to face enquiries
- Deal promptly with enquires
- Preparation of documentation
- Accurate order entry and order management.
- Identify sales leads and escalate them to the sales staff
- General office duties
- Proactively identify | develop | communicate process improvements to enhance service efficiency | effectiveness
- Always practice confidentiality and professionalism
Selection Criteria
- Have solid experience in a client service officer or similar role
- Proven track record of providing a high level of customer service
- Hold suitable industry knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of transport, preferred not essential
- Understanding of weight and loads, preferred not essential
- Can demonstrate initiatives and improvement strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required for internal | external dealings
- The ability to multitask, problem solve and organise | plan | schedule activities with good time management
- Have the ability to analyse information and make appropriate decisions
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Be highly motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to take on tasks necessary to achieve a desired result
- Accountability for own actions
- Be a team player with the ability to influence in a positive manner
- Be computer literate
- Have a valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work two Saturday mornings a month
PLEASE NOTE: The successful applicants will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test, then participate in random on site testing
