What you’ll be doing

  • Driving Business Growth – Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue by at least 20% annually.
  • Making Operations Lean & Mean – Identify and fix inefficiencies, streamline processes, and cut unnecessary costs.
  • Supercharging Sales & Marketing – Build new relationships, enhance brand positioning, and ensure the business stays top-of-mind in the industry.
  • Building a High-Performance Team – Lead, mentor, and grow a small but mighty team, creating a culture where people thrive.
  • Keeping Customers Happy – Maintain a customer satisfaction score above 95% by ensuring top-quality products and service.
  • Managing Financial Performance – Oversee budgets, optimise reporting, and make sure every dollar works hard (experience with Odoo ERP is a bonus).

What you bring to the table

  • A proven track record in a senior leadership role (manufacturing, RV, or related industries preferred but not essential).
  • A business growth mindset—someone who sees opportunity and goes after it.
  • Strong experience in sales, marketing, and operational efficiency.
  • The ability to build and nurture industry relationships.
  • A hands-on, problem-solving attitude—this is not a desk-bound job.
  • Financial acumen—budgets, forecasting, and cost control are second nature to you.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a bonus but not a deal-breaker).
  • I am going to reiterate something here, you really need to be someone that understands the nuances of the RV, camping or related areas.

What success looks like in your first 6-12 months

  • Revenue Growth: Implement a killer sales and marketing strategy, land key partnerships, and boost revenue by at least 20%.
  • Operational Efficiency: Find bottlenecks, fix them, and streamline production and supply chain processes.
  • Team Leadership: Set clear goals, develop your team, and create a high-performance culture.
  • Brand Domination: Elevate marketing efforts, boost brand awareness, and make sure everyone in the industry knows your name.
  • Customer Loyalty: Keep customer satisfaction above 95% and reduce product defects to near-zero.
