The Role
Reporting to the National Hospitality Manager you will be responsible for the management of catering services across the facility. You will ensure the efficient output of quality meals and food services while meeting resident's needs in relation to housekeeping, cleaning and laundry services. You will provide a variety of nutritious meals whilst ensuring the safety and training of the hospitality team.

Key Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in the supervision and management of a large team of staff including managing catering revenue and costs, providing food services and leading in methods of cookery and in managing catering supplies. You will have qualifications as a Cook or Chef and you will also have the ability to manage, coach and mentor staff.
