The position
This position is a key point of support for business clients where you will monitor and process bookings via phone, email and key the needed data entry. You'll support customers resolutions, report needs, communicate with internal stakeholders and find innovative solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Process bookings from customers via phone & email
- Dealing with business healthcare customers - hospitals, labs, clinical clients
- Resolve customers needs and enquiries
- Data entry and updating records
- Aiding the best solutions to customers needs
- Liaising with the internal team and other stakeholders
- Collaborating with your team
- Start times vary between 8am, 9am, 10am

The experience needed
Experience needed from this role is in Customer Service & Administration in which you have demonstrated customer support and service. It is an advantage if you have experience relating to transport, freight, logistics, couriers or anything in that realm
