CUSTOMER SERVICE and ADMIN–ALL ROUNDER
A talented customer service and admin- Allrounder
is required to provide invaluable support to our management team and report to the CEO

Key Responsibilities
- Customer service and sales support of our wholesale customers
- Record keeping and collation of ‘accounts payable’ documents
- Management of ‘goods received’ and inventory
- Coordination of orders
- Data entry and document handling
- Supplies management
- Secretarial support
- Technical support
- Contact lists’ maintenance
Competencies and Skills
- English Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in both oral and written communication
- Microsoft Office applications: high level of demonstrated competency
- Internet resources: high level of demonstrated competency in navigation and utilisation
- IT - Computer hardware and software: a reasonable level of demonstrated competency.
Salary and Conditions
Salary range: $55,000 -$65,000, plus employer super contributions
Full-time hours_ Monday to Friday, 7.00 am to 3.00 pm, including some public holidays
Note: As we are a 24-hour manufacturing facility, occasional weekend work may be required, with applicable penalty rates)
Requirements
Permanent residency status, with no work restrictions
Valid Australian Driver's licence
