Woods & Co have partnered with a leading automotive service provider, nationally recognised for their industry experience and market leadership. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact in customer service and operations.
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to coordinate customer bookings, resolve product and service enquiries and enact correctness of the customer database. As a key point of contact, you will oversee job allocations, customer follow-ups, and issue resolution, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes across all stakeholders.

What do you do?
- Ensure booking confirmations for all clients
- Generate invoices both manually and within the online system
- Action new orders as delegated by the administration team
- Resolve customer enquiries related to products and services
- Prompt, effective responses to all customer correspondence received via email
- Arrange shipments of stock and allocate
What do you need?
- 1-2 years experience in fast-paced administrative, customer/ team support role
- Professional written and verbal manner
- Motivated, positive and team-oriented attitude
- Great attention to detail
