Seeking an experienced warehouse operative to join as our new full time Warehouse Team Leader in our Kilsyth warehouse.

Your new role:
Working hand in hand with our operations team you will be responsible for all safety and processes of inbound and outbound activity in the warehouse.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Effective operational control of all inbound/outbound orders

• Verification process
• System maintenance & data integrity checks
• Scheduling and arranging transport
• OH&S and compliance checks
• Maintenance and repair of equipment as needed
• Driving and delivering to sites
• Track performance
• Coaching & development of warehouse operatives

What you will need to succeed:

• Unrestricted Drivers License
• FLT certified in Reach and Counterbalance
• Proficient using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
• Warehouse Management System Carton Cloud knowledge advantageous
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing priorities
• Ability to obtain, analyse and use information for effective decision-making
• Excellent attention to detail
• Possess strong communication / organisational skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving and finding solutions

What you will get in return:

• Permanent full-time position
• 37.5hrs/wk
• Rate $37.40/hr + super
