As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will:

· Prioritise safety: Champion a zero-harm culture by upholding safety policies and procedures.

· Lead and motivate your team: Drive high performance and enable accountability.

· Develop your team: Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance performance and culture.

· Improve efficiency: Optimise staffing, reduce costs, and achieve key performance indicators.

· Oversee operations: Manage pick-and-pack activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies and practices.

· Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

· Attitude: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused.

· Operations: Oversee key aspects of warehouse and transport operations

· Systems: Proficiency or ability to learn new systems - ERP, WMS, and MS Office Suite.

· Licenses: Possess a valid forklift license.
