About the role

Studco Building Systems' is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Croydon, VIC. This full-time position is for the afternoon shift, overseeing the operations of our busy warehouse and distribution centre.

What you'll be doing

• Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead, manage and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring they are adequately trained and productive
• Coordinate the efficient and timely distribution of goods, including receiving, processing and dispatching orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow and productivity
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations
• Provide regular progress reports to the Warehouse Manager

What we're looking for

• Proven track record as a warehouse team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced manufacturing/logistics environment
• Strong operational and inventory management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Excellent leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team
• Adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
• Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
