Action Workforce are looking for a warehouse & logistics Admin Assistant in Hazelmere.

You will be working at a prestigious, national company within the logistical and warehouse industry offering casual pay rates.

· The role will be ongoing for a minimum of 6 weeks.

· Payrate range: $31-$33.5 an hour.

Our expectations:

This will be mainly in a support role to the full-time staff, which includes following tasks:

• Liaising with customers/companies daily (via email, telephone and/or agent web portal)
• Responding to email and other electronic messaging queries in a timely manner
• High value placed on customer facing experience and ability to deal with difficult customers.
• Call center experience or similar work is highly regarded.
• Compliance and adherence to Safe Work Practices and Safety Regulations.
• Reliability and consistency to attend rostered shifts.
• Consent to and provide a clean Criminal Record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment functional assessment.
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test.
• Provide evidence of full Australian working rights.
