The Role:
Our client is a Steel manufacturer and supplier to the building industry. They are seeking a switched-on and dynamic Admin Assistant with exceptional organisational skills to support a busy workflow. This position is Monday to Friday, 8am or 8:30am start, 7.6 hour days.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering phone calls
- Understanding customer requirements - products, orders, queries
- Matching purchase orders with invoicing
- Putting together revenue data charts and reports
- Data entry, filing, end of month
- Scheduling coordination
- Managing email inquiries
- Other admin duties as requested
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Capability to work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to assist with various tasks as required
