With weekly installations increasing OzShut is expanding our production team and seeks an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our winning team as an Assistant Admin and Scheduling assistant.

Being a key player in our admin & reception department, you will work closely with the senior managers / accounts and play a vital role in coordinating and scheduling ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about customer service and like to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, we want to hear from you!

THE ROLE

. Assisting with general reception / admin duties

· Scheduling works to take place with customers

· Collaborate with the Production Management team to maintain and improve production schedules and systems

· Basic updating and record keeping using Microsoft 365 and CRM software

· Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm.

THE APPLICANT

· A customer service-oriented person

· Well-spoken and not afraid of dealing with customers

· Previous experience well regarded but not essential. (We're happy to train you)

· A team player;

· Have or can obtain a Current Police Clearance.

THE OFFER

· Casual contract with full time hours to commence (View to full time within 6 months)
