Experienced Admin Assistant (Part-Time/Casual)
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented admin professional looking for a flexible, part-time role?
Our growing storage company is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to support our operations.
About the Role
This is a part-time or casual position, offering up to 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to go full-time. You will be required to use a time tracker for monitoring work hours. The role is available to candidates with an ABN (Australian Business Number).

Key Responsibilities:
- Excel & Data Management – Maintain and update records efficiently
- Text Message Automation – Manage automated messaging systems for customer communication & updates
- Payment Processing – Handle online payments and ensure accurate financial records
- Gmail & Email Marketing – Manage business emails and assist with email marketing campaigns
- General Admin Support – Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed, including answering the phone
Requirements:
This role requires a proactive professional who can manage tasks independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a storage or service-based business
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or data management systems such as Google sheets
Familiarity with text message automation tools (preferred)
Understanding of payment processing systems (preferred)
Proficiency in Gmail & email marketing platforms
Highly honest, reliable, and self-motivated
Police & background check required
Personal and professional references required
Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing work
English must be fluent and well-spoken to speak with our customers
