The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Procurement officer to manage accounts payable, procurement and other administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

Accounts Payable & Receivable – Manage supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, and collections to ensure accurate financial records.

📑 Invoicing & Procurement – Process customer invoices, purchase orders, and supplier communications while tracking procurement records and costs.

📅 Administrative & Office Support – Handle scheduling, document management, email correspondence, and general office administration.

📞 Communication & Coordination – Liaise with suppliers, electricians, and internal teams to support operations.

About You

Essential:

  • 3+ years of experience in business administration, accounts, or procurement roles.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with accounting/invoicing software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience in construction, electrical, or industrial sectors.
  • Familiarity with ERP/job management software (e.g., SimPRO).
  • Understanding of workplace health & safety (WHS) compliance.
  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or Accounting (preferred but not required).
