We're now searching for an experienced, tech-savvy, vibrant, and professional service consultant to join our growing operations team.

And now….about the role…

As a Client Service & Scheduling Coordinator, working in a small, collaborative team, your main focus will include:

• Scheduling techs Australia-wide to assist customers.
• Managing calendars to ensure timely coordination and delivery of services.
• Liaising with plumbers to get the best outcomes for customers.
• Assisting customers via calls, emails + text messaging platforms.
• Case management - ensuring you look after your customer from the beginning of their service journey through to issue resolution.
• Invoicing for services and parts, and processing credit card payments.
• Continual growth and skill development, supported by your peers and manager.
• Administration support, including maintaining data integrity across a range of platforms and systems.

• Relevant and transferrable industry experience (think plumbing, water filtration, utility operations, or similar) - this will allow you to hit the ground running!
