Client Services Coordinator – Sunshine Coast
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a client-facing role? Join HTA’s growing Sunshine Coast team as a Client Services Coordinator and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll ensure a seamless client experience while managing essential office and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement: Greet clients, answer calls, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Office Administration: Process mail, manage office supplies, and oversee document collation and management.
- Billing: Assist with invoicing and WIP management.
- Client Support: Request information, prepare proposals, and ensure client records remain up to date.
- Onboarding & Exiting: Manage client transitions to maintain smooth business operations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A client-focused approach with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar role within professional services (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new systems
This is an in-office role based on the Sunshine Coast.
