About the Role

As a Client Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and service workers while ensuring smooth service delivery. You will be responsible for reporting, compliance, rostering, and relationship management, helping us maintain the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Service Coordination & Compliance

  • Monitor service worker progress notes and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance across client files, care plans, and risk assessments
  • Oversee time and attendance tracking, kilometres reporting, and incident reports
  • Conduct weekly client check-ins

Reporting & Operational Oversight

  • Maintain daily and weekly reports to track performance and compliance
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and incidents
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients from start to finish

Support Worker Sourcing & Onboarding

  • Assist with identifying, sourcing, and onboarding new support workers to meet client needs

Industry Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with peer providers such as support coordinators, hospitals, and allied health professionals

What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS Price Guide and compliance requirements
  • Experience in client onboarding, care planning, and risk assessments
  • Ability to manage reporting and compliance of client files
  • Background in rostering, planning, and customer service
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
