Intertek SAI Global is seeking a Client and Business Support Coordinator to join our dynamic Supply Chain and Sustainability Assurance team. Based in Sydney, this role is ideal for an organised and proactive professional with customer service, administration, scheduling, and planning or coordination experience who is eager to take on a new challenge in a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely responses and professional support.

Coordinate and schedule audit and assessment activities, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate CRM records, track service requests, and update client details.

Assist in business administration, business support, database management, and reporting, ensuring smooth operational processes.

Support cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and optimise scheduling and coordination processes.

Who We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in client coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles.

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

A proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.

Prior experience in scheduling, logistics, or operations coordination is highly regarded.
