Just over 12 months into the journey of a new Aus & NZ division of an established international business. You will play a key role in the growth of the business over the next 5 years!

You will act as key support to the CFO and be responsible for ensuring the Accounts Payable function runs accurately and efficiently.

Paying up to 70k + Super and as the business and role grows, your salary will quickly progress too.

Working in a newly refurbished office space in Leichhardt with onsite parking, you will also get flexibility around start/finish times to suit your lifestyle.

You will be a part of an exciting growth phase for new division of an already 60+ year old and highly regarded international business.

You will have the guidance of a very supportive CFO and ANZ GM. In time, there may be opportunities to manage staff below you.

This position would be a great fit for someone who thorough, has great attention to detail and is a natural problem solver.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Accurately raise invoices for products sold in a timely manner.
• Purchase Order Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Team and customers to ensure correct Purchase Orders are received.
• Stakeholder Support: Assist internal and external stakeholders by investigating and resolving invoice and delivery-related queries.
• Month-End Assistance: Support various month-end procedures as required.
• General Support: Perform ad hoc tasks to assist the wider finance team.

Profile:

• Proven experience working in a Accounts Payable/Invoicing position
• Problem solver mentality
• Systems savvy and capable with using various tools and systems
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
