Your Role:

• Collaborate closely with the Centre Director to facilitate the efficient operation of the centre.
• Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all families and visitors, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage inbound and outbound phone and email inquiries, and conduct parent tours with a high level of professionalism.
• Assist in marketing efforts for the centre, including creating engaging posts for our social media platforms.

You Will Need:

• Previous administrative experience (ideally in a childcare setting).
• hold a childcare qualification or be working towards one.
• A valid Working with Children Check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
