Little Angels Salisbury is a modern 2 story Early Learning Centre newly built to cater for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. At Little Angels Salisbury, we believe in fostering a warm and inclusive environment where children, families and educators feel valued and supported.

We are looking for an engaging and enthusiastic Chef to join us. Our Chef will look forward to creating nutritious meals and engaging with children about food.

Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

• Creating Weekly Menus using fresh in season produce
• Cooking/ Baking (from scratch, no store bought)
• Coordinating Meal Service
• Food Safety Documentation
• Allergy Management
• Cleaning
• Ordering Food
• Stock Take of Products
• Audits of Kitchen

It is essential that you have the following skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Impeccable Personal Hygiene
• High Standards of Cleanliness
• Exceptional Work Ethic
• High Attention to Detail
• Punctual

Ideally you will have experience in a Childcare kitchen, you will possess excellent knowledge of food safety practices, have experience in preparing meals to meet the needs of children with special dietary requirements and adhere to the centre's nutrition policy and guidelines.

The successful candidate will need to hold:

• A Positive Blue Card Notice
• Food Safety Supervisors Certificate
• Must hold Full First Aid and CPR
• Must be available Monday - Friday
