We're offering an exciting part time opportunity, Monday to Friday, where you can bring your culinary skills to life in a fun and nurturing environment. 25 hours per week.

Our meal-time practice is centred around social development with Alfresco dining shared for Educators and Children, strengthening a family-like environment where children flourish.

The successful applicant must have:

• Recognised qualification in Cookery/Hospitality/Chef
• Current Food Handling Certificate
• Current Food Supervisor Certificate
• Current WWCC
• Strong experience with cooking meals that come from the heart and meet guidelines
• Knowledge of safe hygiene practices
• Experience working as a cook in a childcare Centre will be highly regarded
• This role may be of interest to a Cert III qualified educator

Duties will include:

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
• Attention to food costs including limiting waste and managing stock
• Flexible to cater to a variety of dietary needs/ allergies
• Preparation of nutritious meals that meet guidelines, and taste good.
