About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to join a leading property management firm. The successful candidate will manage a diverse property portfolio, ensuring assets are protected and enhanced while delivering top-notch property management services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in property management and a knack for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational performance and maintenance of assets within the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies.
• Manage tenant relationships, resolve escalated issues, and oversee tenant communication.
• Guide the team in budget management, financial reporting, and achieving financial KPIs.
• Facilitate property development, acquisition, and divestment processes.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring superior client service.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Assistant Portfolio Managers and Operations Coordinators.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Property Management, Property Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the property/building industry.
• Demonstrated success in portfolio management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of WHS, sustainability, and building services.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to write detailed reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel.
