• Define and track key performance metrics to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Mentor and lead the product team, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Draft and review product documentation, ensuring clarity and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate:
• 5-7+ years of experience in general insurance, with a strong background in product development.
• Proven ability to manage underwriting, product roadmaps, and portfolio performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset, with expertise in market research and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in travel insurance (preferred but not essential).
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (preferred).
