We are seeking an aspirational Development Manager to join their Perth team. You will receive fantastic support from their administration staff, project officers, peers, senior management and the executive leadership team.

As Development Manager, you will be allocated large scale land subdivision projects to run autonomously, reporting straight into the Development Director. This will allow you room to shine with clear responsibilities and delegated authority.

You will be challenged daily with key outcomes and milestones needing to be delivered. These include gaining complex planning approvals, lot production in a challenging environment, sales and marketing, budget management, preparation of regular reports and much more as expected in an autonomous DM role.

They encourage all of their DM’s to get involved in Acquisitions activity, helping with building of the feasibility model and undertaking due diligence. Then on any acquired projects you can work on it right through from conception to completion. Rare in a business of ASX scale and size, a fantastic opportunity.

Built form skills and experience will be considered an advantage but not prerequisite for the successful candidate.
