As the Team Leader, you will lead a large property management team, overseeing 15-20 direct reports. Your primary focus will be on enhancing team performance, ensuring quality control, and driving opportunities to promote the brand within the industry. You must be a forward-thinking individual who can provide leadership, mentorship, and effective communication while excelling in problem-solving and conflict resolution. Additional responsibilities include:

• Monthly reviews and audits of the portfolio
• Prepare client progress reports on campaigns
• Report to internal teams on portfolio performance
• Structured and scheduled check-ins with team members
• Provide ongoing advice and support to property management team
• Recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and continual promotion of the brand
• Monitor trends and key players in the industry

You will have already attained your WA registration and will have substantial experience in Commercial Property Management. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to manage your time effectively.
