We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Compliance & Quality Control Manager to join our team at TFH Hire Services, based in Kingston. In this role, you will take the lead in developing, implementing, and maintaining a company-wide compliance program, ensuring adherence to ISO 45001 and 9001 Safety and Quality Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the organisational compliance framework to ensure it meets industry standards.
- Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with departmental obligations.
- Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure they comply with regulations.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Safety and Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring ongoing certification to ISO 45001 and 9001:2015 standards.
- Tracking, monitoring and measuring the health and performance of the QMS and addressing any lagging and negative indicators.
- Ensure that the Document Management System adheres to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with managers and employees across various branches.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of maintaining and managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) & Occupational Health & Safety System (ISO 45001).
- Experience with the SharePoint.
- Strong technical experience in managing compliance programs.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and computer skills.
- Solid knowledge of the transport industry would be advantageous
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Diploma in Quality Auditing.
- Quality Systems Auditor training.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
