The Role
The Operations Coordinator contributes to the effective, efficient and consistent delivery of ACECQA’s qualifications assessment and skilled migration function. The position holder is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Qualifications Assessment team.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support in relation to applications from individuals seeking to have their qualifications assessed as equivalent to approved qualifications
- Provide advice to applicants, verbally and in writing, about their application
- Build effective working relationships with state and territory regulatory authorities and other external stakeholders, and work collaboratively with staff across the business.
- Timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects
- Provide general administrative support to the Qualifications Assessment team and other teams across the business group.
Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience and ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in writing and orally.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to provide administrative support and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and develop productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Salesforce experience essential.
